THE NOTION OF ‘PLAN’ (Excerpt from Amen)

“Divine Royal Bloodline… King by Divine Right … Even for the ones who believe in God, isn’t it presumptuous to accept such concepts? Why would God or Creative Intelligence need to be represented by a Bloodline? If you opt for the concept of a creative intelligence, then you have to accept the idea of a red thread, a plan, and eventually you have to follow it. For, it would be absurd to recognize your belonging to a whole, a thinking and loving meta-organism, and to pretend that you can be detached from it under any pretext.

The notion of Divine plan does not induce a will for domination, but inscribes itself in the context of intrinsic interdependence expressed within the principles of intelligence, survival, wisdom and love. In a word, within such perfection that corroborates the concept of Divinity.
The Infinite Consciousness after having built a plan, a concept, projects it into the infinite and then delegates its Essence, its powers, to successive Consciousnesses that will represent It in all parts of the universe concerned with this idea. The more we understand the structure of the universe through physics, the more we will grasp the nature of our intimate relationships with the cosmos.

The Divine Plan is the utterance in space of a concept of life. This implies the generation and then the progressive elaboration of a global genetic code X attached to a specific space-time.
The Divine Plan is the original map, the blueprint in the universe, of the Divine Thought. You are, because of your birth, involved in this plan, the goal of which is the MANIFESTATION OF A PERFECT RACE that incarnates EQUILIBRIUM BETWEEN SPIRIT AND MATTER.”

Why is today’s world living in such chaos? 

The global response is shocking.  The way things are worsening on the international level is proof of its veracity.

Here is the response: because each of us—or each family, or group—lives for themselves, centered on himself, without communication or real relations with the outside world, or with the Divine (or Source of Life, and therefore of self organization and regulation). 

In other words, the parties of the Whole cannot be nourished and carried by the natural flux and the reflux of abundance, because they are not in a direct and real loving relationship with the Whole or Infinite Consciousness.  Two scenarios are set forth:

-The dominators—combative and out for power—will try to impose to the planet and to others, under varying pretexts, their immature and selfish creations and views.
-The others, the victims and the young, are subjected to the arbitrary decisions of the dominators for various reasons. 

Let us return to the above-mentioned expression: « direct and real loving relationship with the Whole or Infinite Consciousness ».  What is love? What does a person in love do?  Everything in his power to satisfy the needs and fantasies of loved ones.

We are not talking about staying at the passionate level of love, which drives you ardently to the other…only to find a hormone or comfort.  A relationship of love and harmony with the Cosmos implies hearing and trying to unplug your ears to perceive the howling messages of the planet,  of my Consciousness (which overshadows the planet) and the Cosmos.  We will address how to hear this message a little later.

The relationship with the Cosmos and the spiritual Consciousness implies the concept of a Hierarchy, a concept that the modern world—well thinking and supposedly educated—has decided to obliterate from the global consciousness.

Of course, a Hierarchy implies or is the result of the concept of Center, of the All in One, the latter being the Source of life, thus naturally rules and induces an energetic return toward Itself.

 The need of a so-called equality --- a momentarily needed concept for the evolution of the masses and the group consciousness, has led the strongest, or most educated, or most spiritually conscious, to lead, in any case, the world affairs in secrecy. This secrecy has been the only alternative, in front of the needs of a non evolved population, unable to expand and fly, or take responsibility in the face of pressing and challenging situations, or in front of the majority’s inertia.

That which is asked of you is to develop a mature relationship of love (= of sharing and fusion) with the world and the divinity.  This adult relationship is achieved through:
            -The knowledge of self, of your unconscious problems, needs, karma, etc.
            -The cleansing and detachment of the challenges cited above.
            -The detachment of your need for personal power, whose goal is to prove to yourself repeatedly that you are capable, beautiful and worthy of being accepted, loved in the nudity of the soul, alone, in face of nothingness.

            -The comprehension of your natural belonging, inherent to the Whole.
            -The development of a personal relationship (response of love) with the Divine and the Whole.
            -The return to a serene and open state, based on faith, confidence and perfection of Life, which permits you to dedicate yourself to the service of others and of the Infinite Consciousness (instead of being submerged in the resolution of your survival problems or the satisfaction of your emotional needs : see above).

  
I will speak to you today on the basis of precise examples, drawn from my personal relationships with human beings. (not published).

As the Anointed One, embodied as and from Divine Will, my mission, my Essence is to hold, anchor, manifest, in the flesh, the Divine Plan.

As the Iu, the Ever Coming One, my relationships with you are the metaphor of the Divine’s relationships with mankind’s group consciousness.

We exist together, ones with the others.  However, at a certain level, the Divinity exists, create and acts in an intrinsic manner, with or without you, or more exactly, with or without your Consciousness (capacity of knowing, integrating the awareness of self or of something).

My work, the development of Divine Plan, my subsistence is assured as they are the expression of the Original Divine Thought.

These last few weeks, I have often wondered time after time: « Have you heard? Have you listened? You repeat: « Tell me what you want, and I will do it ».  I appear to be clear in my response.

1. I want to be able to rest, to detach myself from the need of exercising a professional activity so as to resume writing, in easier conditions.  This, a little group has heard and regularly sent their contributions, which have allowed me to rent a house, in which we have reunited to initiate a work group and an egregore.  My heart and gratitude are with you in this accomplishment.  Those which have actively participated felt, in their physical life, rapid and concrete effects from our collaboration.  They also evolve surprisingly fast spiritually (therefore emotionally and psychologically).

2. I shall create a CENTER, the manifestation on the physical plan of my Presence on this planet, around which will be organized and will radiate the Michaelic Consciousness and the Essential vibration of the Divine Plan.

I offer to participate in this adventure, in total faith, as the model and the experience of the manifestation of the Plan.  On the human and financial level, this project represents the biggest challenge that we could have imagined, because most of you continue to live with little financial resources, or without imagining larger things.

If what I have envisioned— giving a face to ---for our Center, for Blue Sun, already belongs to us on the inner planes.  All we need to do is to download this energy on the physical level.  We must firmly believe in this, like something logical, natural.  If this property is destined for me, it twill come to us.

That which I speak of is not money.  Money is not, and cannot ever stop us.  Money, as energy, presents itself or is replaced by something else.  Money is part of the game, but to manifest it we must bring our attention elsewhere, in the real goal at which this tool will participate.

I am ready to express my faith, once more, by following to the letter what I believe is just, by going back to the United States, and anchoring my physical energy in a chosen place, for myself and for you.

I am ready to face the difficulties of another move, towards a country that everyone has condemned to ruin.  I pray to have the necessary courage and physical strength upon my return in a country that has not yet welcomed me as its Avatar, a country that is difficult yet full of resources.  I will need your support, your presence to face this new challenge.  Are you ready to back me up, or will you lapse into silence and disaffection, under the pretext that we are all preoccupied or that I intimidate you?

I was born, I incarnated in the United States.  There is surely a reason for this.  France and Europe are part of the past, a completed time-loop and cycle.  The energies of the European bloodlines and the Grail have been transferred to the United States.  I have established bridges between the two continents for the past ten years, the last one, in the beginning of 2008, marked by the anchorage of the New Jerusalem in the United Stated, and more precisely in California.

The United States and California have chosen to be prepared for this,  energetically speaking.  In their own ways, they have welcomed the Mount St. Michael energy by putting up its picture everywhere for several months.  This picture of the Mount provoked natural disasters, violent wildfires in California, which was cleansed and is preparing to receive us.

I am here to anchor the future race which passes through the soil and adolescent, slinger spirit of the United States.  Whatever the terrestrial government matrix has done to this country, the nature and the earth is what counts.  During our next spiritual journey, we will celebrate the beauty and majesty of Planet Earth in the United States.  We will spend the equinox on the site where the Kumaras landed on Earth millions of years ago.

Will you hear me this time; work with me on the Blue Sun manifestation, the Sun of the Blue Ray, of Divine Live? (= fusion of Light and Shadow for the passage into a superior dimension).

I know that each one of you is attached to your physical families, your houses, your spouses, your habits, and the comfort of what is known, even if this bothers you, annoys or even hinders you.

Are you ready to break free of your fears and inertia?  Are you prepared to, at least try, to begin a change in your ways of thinking?

In this Center, by our glow, and even if I have to stay unknown, we will attract those who are a part of our large spiritual family.  We shall create the school we spoke of two years ago, within the Blue Sun project.  Nothing seems to have wanted to manifest on French soil.  You know which response has been given to me by Brittany.  A place which would have comforted you, and allow you to stay in your tranquil habits.  And the projects refused to manifest. 

In order to demonstrate my determination, so as to create a perfect metaphor for the Divine Plan, I will not assist with my Name, Energy, or vibration any other center, before the realization of this project.  Henceforth, I wish to demonstrate what « center » means.  If other workplaces—and not centers—must be created in the future, they will be the extensions of the Blue Sun Center.  You have the right to conceive things otherwise, and to choose different countries of residence than my own.  However, I must follow my path.  In humility, I add: I must at least obey, focalize the energy and observe the events.

I am and incarnate the Divine Plan, I must incarnate complete congruence. 

Blues Sun has yet to manifest physically, outside of my Self.  I therefore cannot and must not allow other projects to leech the energy during its physical gestation.  I am and will therefore stay focused on this Center.  And if a manifestation in the world as we know it was not a part of the Divine Plan, it would only be a proof that this world has no human future.
