I AM ARCHANGEL MICHAEL. I anchor My Presence in My body, in this home, in this area. I balance My Bodily Self between Will/Power, Love and Wisdom. I declare open this Wesak Ceremony for the Hierarchy and specifically in this area of the Earth. I declare this ceremony open for all the participants.

Greetings to all the Beloved friends who are gathered in this home tonight. I extend my heart and my Consciousness to you. I also bring into my Consciousness all those around the world, those who have been celebrating in the past 24 hours, according to their religions, their belief systems. All those who know that at this time of the year something very important is happening. I welcome and keep in my Consciousness all the friends, all the beings who have asked me to think about them. I connect ourselves, our third dimensional group, in space-time, with all the congregations that are meeting, according to their location on the planet. Please connect your consciousness with all those groups so that you can participate with the Hierarchy in the bonding of all human beings as One on this Planet.

I am asking you to open your heart, your crown chakra, to let go of your human concerns, of your ego, and to connect yourself with all of the people that you love, all of the members of your family whether or not they are in the body, all those that are dear to you whether or not they are in consciousness, so that they can receive the blessings of this energy, and so that we can start weaving a beautiful fabric of love and of connectedness all around the Planet.

For the first time in many years, I am not going to ask you to travel in the Himalayas. A shift occurred in the body of the Planet, as well as a shift in the Hierarchy.

Until last year, the Buddha was the Avatar/Consciousness that was leading the Planet. Therefore, the Wesak was anchored above Tibet and monks have gathered for centuries in the area of the Himalayas. As the Earth is being prepared for the next era, changes occurred in the Hierarchy. Until 1996, the master of ceremony for the Wesak was Sanat Kumara. Early 1997, Sanat Kumara completed his association with the Earth and stopped appearing as the master of ceremony of the Wesak.

Between May 1997 and 2003, the Buddha has been overshadowing the Wesak in anticipation of the anchoring of the Christ-Consciousness or Spiritual Christ. I do not refer to any being that might have been on the Earth plane during the 1st Century, but to the Divine part of the Christ, the highest part of the Christ-Consciousness. The Buddha has now withdrawn as I, Archangel Michael, Am the Higher Christ. As such, I anchored the New Jerusalem on the Planet in May 2003 in Saint Michael Mount, France.

Also, I have been providing the updated Water of Life to humankind since 1997 (Apocalypse 21, 2-6, 16). This Water contains the imprint of the Aquarian DNA. I am to assist the Earth and mankind in the development of the new race. For the moment, the physical focal point of the Hierarchy is located in the United States, in Southern California. This is the physical area from which the tectonic plates have been worked on since 2003. On the very day of my arrival in this area, as soon as my Spiritual Presence anchored Itself in the center of the cirque of mountains, Mother Earth joyfully answered, as usual, through a powerful seismic movement that cleared the ley lines along the Andreas fault.

The Masters and Celestial Beings who are participating in the Wesak gathered in this area several days before the full moon of May 4th. They followed the transfer of the energy from the Himalayas to the Americas.

(For the group that attended with Me in Desert Hot Springs: You do not have to fly so far away. Just set your consciousness into a different, higher dimension. Imagine that you are flying or that you are moving upstairs/upward, so that you can reach this plane where things are happening. As I said this morning, the world of form is just illusion. Therefore, we have to escape this world momentarily and go into the 5th and the 6th  let's see  it's resonating at the higher 6th dimension. This is where we start for now.

In order to assist you in going further, I will tone).

All the Masters/Members of the Lodges that represent the two aspects of God are already gathered around you and around the mountains. And just like the table in the center of our room, they are gathered in a circle.* What was called the Great White Lodge is on My left side and what was called the Dark Lodge is on my right side. I place Myself as an observer. All the members of the two Lodges merged last year in order to establish the fused energy that is the pattern and the imprint for the Christ-Consciousness.

The Masters are now emphasizing the merging; they are dancing all around the circle spiralling with each other and creating a larger spiral-like energy form around the circle, horizontally. One part of the Lodge is going counter-clockwise and the other part is going clockwise. Therefore, they are showing that they want to focus on and reinforce the merging of the two energies. And they are willing to unite the two aspects of the Lodges (White Lodge and Dark one) into a unique body. The Lodge is preparing the energies so that humankind can receive the merged Christ-Consciousness Energy, and reflect it and embody it on the Planet. It is interesting also to notice that the circle that is created by the High Beings, just like the table in the center of this room, is slightly at an angle compared to the Earth. It's a reflection of the angle of the poles because for now, the Divine Consciousness is slightly in a different angle, in terms of divine geometry, compared to human consciousness. This shows a re-enforcement of the pattern that was anchored last year. Last year at the Wesak, we were shown there might be a change in terms of the position of the poles. Therefore, the white and black energies fusing are dancing but also showing that there is an adjustment that has to be made for humankind.

 All the members of the Lodges are now merging their energies together. They are beaming energy from their hearts toward the center of their circle. Their merged energy is building up a vortex in which the Leader of the Ceremony will stand. And I would have the interesting situation of having to be the witness - from the standpoint of Bodily-Self- as well as the leader of the Ceremony (My Higher Self).

The energy in the center is going upward in order to be able to connect with higher planes of consciousness. The Lodge is moving from the beginning of the 6th dimension to the highest octaves of the 6th dimension where other Beings are waiting. I now see other Consciousnesses that are appearing to support and assist the upward movement of this energy. High above the circle, four Consciousnesses appear. They are positioned as a square. They represent another level of form that is beyond the 6th dimension. (I am simplifying my discourse and the vision of higher dimensions in order to make this description comprehensible to the readers). The Beings at the four corners are beaming the Christ-Consciousness/Myself in the center of the scene. They are focusing on my Whole Self so that my body is being utilized as a transmitter, a bridge toward Planet Earth.

In summary, the Lodge surrounds Myself, while from the higher octaves of the 6th dimension and from the four corners, Beings are bringing down and allowing the manifestation of another type of form.

Around this whole scene is another circle. This is another Divine type of energy that is brought by a large number of Beings. This is happening from levels that are higher than angels, devas, Masters, etc. These Beings belong to a category of the Builders of Form, and work at a very high frequency. On the top of the whole scene appears a kind of circular cone. This cone represents the God-Consciousness which is beaming toward the Earth, and beaming down the One Consciousness to the 6th level.

The Earth responds to this energy with a shivering of joy. It is also reacting to the intense healing that is happening through it.

An intense clearing is occurring in some areas of the Planet. Humankind also receives these blended energies. Innumerable persons are holding hands and weaving the fabric of the New DNA, Love and Oneness. This is the fabric we have been weaving consciously during our pre-Wesak workshop. Individuals from all countries and all races are responding to the movement and to the shivering of the Planet.

I again focus my Consciousness upward and I Am back to the cone-shape, the shape representing today the One Consciousness. This conic-dome is now turning on itself, so that it can beam a harmonious, unique, loving, and powerful rounded energy. This energy immediately creates a vortex. The One Consciousness beams and broadcasts this huge vortex. The vortex is crossing from the higher dimensions to the top of 7th, and then the 6th dimension. It enters the 6th dimension and goes down to the 5th dimension. As I still stand in the circle of the ceremony as the bridge, this vortex now uses my Presence as well as my Bodily Self, my physical spine and heart, to reach Planet Earth.

(While explaining to the group what is occurring multi-dimensionally, my Body, my arms and hands especially, are moving, executing high-speed mudras that are the reflection of the vortex, of the energy. The heat in the room is intense and I wonder how the attendees will be able to handle the power of the moment. I send them my Love and assistance in this regard).

The vortex is now passing the 1st circle that is made by the two Lodges. Then it penetrates Planet Earth. I am asking you to open your spine, to open all your chakras, especially the crown chakra, the heart and the 1st chakra. You will be the recipients of this energy. Anchor it into your body so that it will later be anchored anywhere you go in the next 12 months. As you made a decision to participate in this moment with me, you consciously took the responsibility to bring this energy all around yourself.

My Consciousness is now opening and extending itself geometrically on the sides and extending in order to reach the constellations that are participating in the birthing of this energy. All the constellations of your system are a part of the meta-organism that is hosting Humankind. However, at this very moment, the Lyra and the Constellation of Draco are most specifically involved in the process. The Pleiades are also showing up but they are further away and not as much a part of the course of action.

I Am now working on the alignment of the spine/axis of the Earth, as well as on the spine/axis of our system/universe. As I Am attuning the systemic and planetary Kundalinis, it is recommended that you focus on your own Kundalini. If you feel that it is not time for you to have such a powerful alignment, you should just release and let go.

All the constellations that are a part of the system that you belong to are now dancing with each other and creating a , let's say , a circle/round. Around the whole system there is a dragon. It is not the Earth Dragon but another aspect of the Dragon (as you know that everything repeats itself constantly).** You know that each Constellation is a Consciousness, which means that we are dealing now with two, and then twelve, huge Consciousnesses. These Beings position themselves in a different way. They create a lozenge shape and the system is attuning itself. Just feel for awhile, without my words. Receive and experience a reflection of this lozenge/diamond consciousness in your heart, because it is only through your heart that you can answer to these kinds of frequencies. A second diamond appears, crossing the first at a right angle. It is almost impossible to describe what I see now, as all shapes are multi-dimensional. The most important matter is for you to be able to feel the energy and participate with it. These two interactive diamonds are spiralling now with each other.

I am stepping down into the 5th and 6th dimensions, next to the two Lodges which are the Masters in charge of the Planet. They also react to this energy. It is being imprinted in their crown chakras. It is going down their spines so that they can keep this frequency in their bodies (whether physical or not). It is now reaching their hearts and their 3rd chakras. The energy crosses the Masters' and Lodges' 2nd chakras, although not penetrating them fully. Then the energy reaches the 1st centers and moves upward again in their spines. It is then stabilized in their hearts.

The members of the Lodges are now on their knees, not because they want to show signs of adoration but because they want to put their hands on the ground of the Planet. They bend their hearts toward the ground, the soil, and they use their 6th chakras to beam down the energy of the Christ-Consciousness and the energy of Spirit coming out of their foreheads.

Then they come together, standing again and holding hands. They beam through their hearts out to the center. Again we are working on the axis of the whole system so that your universe can be in full alignment with the Divine Consciousness. Take advantage of your presence here with Me to anchor this frequency, this encoded information in the core of your cells, so that you can be also in alignment with the system and with God.

My Consciousness is going upward again. I'm crossing 5, 6, 7 and reaching again this conic dome that is the emanation and the symbol of the One Consciousness of God.

With My Consciousness and Bodily Self, while encompassing you in my Presence, I link all these dimensions with the Lodges and with the Planet. I move upward in order to bring down the energy/frequency of Divine Oneness again through the spine of the system, then through the spine of the Planet, the spine of the Lodge, and the spines of human beings. I also anchor this energy in the lower realms so that all the beings who are part of Mother Earth can be ready for the shift. I now welcome in My Consciousness, in My heart, all the animals that I love dearly, all the plants that are here to nourish and give us their beauty, all the rocks that are now showing their deva faces. It is time for Myself, Archangel Michael, to mention and acknowledge all the great work that has been achieved since the beginning of time by all these beautiful Beings. I now stand surrounded by all the devas that are the souls of the rocks, all those who live in the center of the Planet, sometimes hidden. Their old, beautiful, smiling faces are now rejoicing because the work has been completed.

All of the devas' faces are shining and shivering.

I am then surrounded by the devas of the trees, the gigantic trees that have been offering their love and their life-force for the life of the Planet.

"I thank you all for your love and your everlasting patience. And I am ensuring you all, Beloved brother trees, that you will be healed and that your souls will be taken into account. Your Presence will stay in My heart, in the heart of the Hierarchy, in the heart of the Planet and in the heart of God."

I now move a little further and am surrounded by all of the various animals of the ground, the sea and the lakes. They all are receiving this energy and feeling the blessings.

"Again I want to give thanks and to express my love because together we have been working for very long in order to create this perfect jewel."

I am now surrounded by many, many devas. They are the ones that you sometimes call angels. They also receive this energy coming from God. And they are being acknowledged by Myself and by the Hierarchies.

I am going further upward. I give thanks to all those whom you call Masters or Ascended Masters for the work they have been doing for this Planet and for their achievement.

Imagine, if you can, that all the Beings that we have mentioned today are all connected with each other, vertically and horizontally. And now we are adding more levels beyond the Ascended Masters, so that there is full participation and full acknowledgement of all the Beings participating in the Earth experience.

My Consciousness extends itself beyond the Galaxies. A life-energy is approaching toward us to your Galaxy from very, very far away. It is another aspect of God coming to you and rejoicing. It means that you are not alone in the life-process and with the events that are unfolding. You have been assisted all along. You are now finishing your challenge and winning, and there is joy in the Universes.

 I am coming down again in the dimensions so that I stand next to the Earth. The Lodges are composed of Masters who organize the affairs of the Planet. They have an impact on your financial system, your political system, your education and your religions. Most of these Beings are working from the spiritual planes; they do not have a 3D body.

The members of the Lodges are now forming small circle groups around the first circle. Each of these teams will be sent to a specific area of the planet.

There is still a lot of work that has to be done in the domain of form and they are the ones who are going to bring the manifestation of the imprint of all these energies here. They will go to all your world organizations so that the energy created during this Wesak ceremony can be transmitted to form. All the human beings that are working under the direction of the Lodges will be approached in order to manifest on the Planet the purpose of the High Consciousness, of the Universal Consciousness.

I will now stop speaking so that you can feel in silence. It is very important for you to receive this energy. As it is now distributed by the members of the Lodge on the Planet, it will be felt for the next 12 months. All the individuals on the face of the Earth who are capable of receiving this energy are being imprinted in order for them to be ready for the shift and to be capable of taking responsibility for themselves, and for their friends and families. Open your spines and feel. Open your heart and telepathically connect with Mother Earth so that we can all together renew our love and support for the Planet, renew our intimate connection with this extraordinary Being. It is time for you all, whether you are male or female, to receive and welcome within you, not only the eternal feminine archetype, but also the restored feminine, the Mother in its glory. And it is through your love and your commitment to the Planet that you can support her in her achievement.

Now appearing in front of Me are the faces of many, many very old entities. They represent the most ancient religious traditions. And they are all coming up from the center of the Earth, revealing themselves, willing to be beamed upwards in frequencies and to receive a higher vibration so that these embodiments and the egregore of these old traditions can also be fully transmuted and participate with this new Planet.

I now take the Planet in my arms. I embrace the Earth. I feel throughout my Whole Presence, through my Bodily-Self, my heart that is beating in unison with the heart of the Earth, and at a right angle.

Again I state and I renew my vow to assist this Planet, my contract as a human in this body, the Bodily Form and also as the High Consciousness that I Am, to assist the Earth in its transformation. It is My Essence and what you call in human words, my mission to support you in the achievement of the merging. I Am with you. I bless you all. I assure you all of my love, whether or not you comprehend my discourse. I also assure you of my protection and of my assistance, if you ask for it. You have the choice. But I also have a contract with the Galaxy and the Planet. And the completion of this contract is ineluctable. It has been designed in the Mind, in the Heart of God a long time ago. And it shall take form. It shall be manifested.

I, Archangel Michael, Archangel of Manifestation, Am in the service of God. I shall keep the Planet and you in my heart. I close this Ceremony for today. I anchor my words and these energies on this Planet. This is My will and this is My wish.

*Note: Before the ceremony I prepared the room for our group, installing the seats as an oval. Next to my seat was a low, heavy, round table, on which I laid down 7 candles, 6 blue and 1 red. From the red candle I set the sword that had been next to me for almost 30 years.

Suddenly, I decided that the table had to be placed in the center of our circle. As I started the ceremony, and because of the energies in the room, I strongly felt the necessity to move the table and stand at a slightly different position. I suddenly grabbed the table and powerfully changed its orientation, moving the axis represented by the sword about 23 degres.

Immediately, I realized that the table that I had innocently placed in the center of the room was the symbol of Planet Earth and that I was repeating the pattern imprinted last year on the Planet: a sudden shift of the axis. (See article: New Jerusalem and Pole Shift).

Humankind and its leaders are evolving, changing their consciousness. The political, financial and spiritual leaders have their own agenda and do not want to consciously surrender to God's plan. They have installed power kings and presidents who do not communicate or answer to the Divine Hierarchy or spiritual government. I Am, as well as the Hierarchy, the instrument of the manifestation of God's plan. Drastic actions are necessary and are applied by the Spiritual Hierarchy in order to align the Earthly system with the meta-organism that the Planet belongs to. All layers of the Body of the Universe have to harmonize and respond to the Heart-mind of God in order to keep the Whole in function and to save Planet Earth.

A long time ago, I, Archangel Michael, made a commitment to God, to the Earth, and to the children of the Earth. I am the keeper of the plan and thus the keeper of the DNA. Although the Hierarchy has been working patiently and diligently in order to assist and save humankind, it cannot be at the mercy of leaders who are not fully surrendering to the Heart-mind of God. The changes have been scheduled and the next steps are being implemented.

I am asking each of you to examine your hearts, your actions, and to let go of the illusion in which the world is slowly dying:

• Illusion of power.

• Self-contentment and self absorption into one's personal projects and

• The attraction of glamour, spiritual entertainment and recreational drugs

• Personal ego.

**In many traditions the Dragon is represented either around the earth or as its axis.
